He got his start in his family's flooring business, worked at the mill level for Beaulieu, served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising at Abbey Carpet, and worked as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the retail behemoth, Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring. Keith's wealth of knowledge and experience, combined with his valiant, forward-thinking attitude, create success for our members and the co-op.
SVP of Marketing and Advertising
From footwear to floorcovering, Frank Chiera has mastered the art of marketing and brings retail, public relations and social media savvy from companies like Yankee Candle, Carpet One Floor & Home, Ace Hardware, Zappos, and Staples. Ever-focused on the evolution of the flooring consumer and new technologies, Frank leads a team dedicated to helping members reach customers, cultivate relationships and drive sales. And, yes, he's got an app for that.
VP of Digital Marketing
As Vice President of digital marketing, Andy is a results-driven, innovative leader with demonstrated world class interactive retail marketing and social media skills. He possesses extensive hands-on expertise in search engine marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimization and social media marketing and offers the unique ability to develop visionary interactive solutions that yield a high rate of return and success. Andy’s marketing and advertising experience spans over 17 years, he has been with CCA Global Partners since 2005.
VP of Merchandising
Cathey Gundlach starting working with ProSource, as Director of Hard Surface in May 2006. Over the course of four years, she developed a number of innovative programs successfully. Her reputation proceeded her and in March 2010, she was promoted to the Senior Buyer for Hard Surfaces. Her responsibility grew to sourcing hard surface products to be utilized throughout all of the CCA divisions. That hard work and dedication naturally led to Cathey earning herself another promotion to Vice President of Hard Surface flooring in 2012 where she further developed strong relationships with core suppliers and expanded her knowledge and view of the entire hard surface category. Most recently, Cathey was promoted as VP of Merchandising for Flooring America/Canada, The Floor Trader and International Design Guild. Her passion and drive is both infectious and inspiring. Her accomplishments and contributions are only eclipsed by the respect she gives, and receives, in the relationships she's built with the members, suppliers, and her co-workers.
David Hawthorne joined the membership department as the Membership Director after spending time with CCA Global University, helping them grow their Retail Consulting, Succession Planning, and Hire For Success programs.
As the founder of a successful startup business that he owned for 15 years, David learned firsthand the struggles that entrepreneurs go through and states this is why he's so passionate about what the cooperative offers. His background in owning a business, MBA education, and consulting with other business owners is what led him to his current role. He is passionate about understanding others' businesses and helping them find ways to run more efficiently and profitably through the cooperative.
David was working for Walt Disney World before moving to New Hampshire in 2011. He loves the diversity the area offers and enjoys mountain biking, hockey, and making his own craft beer.
Senior Membership Consultant, Western Division
Wanda began her career in the floor covering industry over 30 years ago in Dalton, GA at the ground level. She held various management positions with a major carpet manufacturer before moving to Texas to fill the position of Territory Manager in the DFW area. After a few years’ hard work and dedication she was promoted to Regional Manager for the Southwest District. This gave her the opportunity to call on numerous flooring dealers with her reps in 5 different states. 15 years ago she relocated to Arizona and joined Flooring America as Senior Membership Consultant. Wanda understands the challenges independent flooring retailers face today. She looks for the best flooring retailers in each market and shares how being an owner/member of our cooperative can save them not only time and money but to also think about where their business will be in the next 5 years. This helps them prepare and be very successful in the ever changing high tech world we are living in today.

Formerly a Business Consultant for CCA Global Partners' Northeastern Division, Nancy Trafford is now Consultant Supreme, overseeing all the activities of Flooring America and Flooring Canada's Business Consultants. Whether in the office or in the field, Nancy helps members increase their profitability by executing branding strategies and taking advantage of available tools, services and programs.
