Our tightly knit family of members is supported by a team of experts who are dedicated to building the most successful cooperative in the flooring industry. Each and every day, we make it our job to think like you, determining how to grow and improve your business and providing you with the tools needed to gain market share and increase profitability.
Heather got into floor covering the old fashioned way, she married into it. She worked with her husband and in-laws for 15 years in their Flooring America store. While there, she was a very engaged CCA member and spent time on the Advisory Council and was a neighborhood network Captain.
After making a choice of saving one relationship over the other, Heather then moved on to work with a north east tile distributor as a retail wholesale rep, servicing retail flooring stores in three states. Having missed being a part of the Flooring America family, Heather is now working with CCA Global Partners in our membership department looking for strong independent retailers to join our coop.
Jennifer has over 25 years in the flooring industry including 10 years as a Flooring America member. After taking a break from the industry, she followed her nose and opened a winery. Jennifer could not get flooring out of her head, it was in her blood, so she re-entered the industry as a territory manager for Beaulieu and Shaw.
When CCA reached out, she jumped at the chance to join their team as a Membership Consultant.
After first setting foot in the floorcovering industry — Keith Spano was in it for life. He got his start in his family's flooring business, worked at the mill level for Beaulieu, served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising at Abbey Carpet, and worked as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the retail behemoth, Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring.
Keith's wealth of knowledge and experience, combined with his valiant, forward-thinking attitude, create success for our members and the co-op.
From footwear to floorcovering, Frank Chiera has mastered the art of marketing and brings retail, public relations and social media savvy from companies like Yankee Candle, Carpet One Floor & Home, Ace Hardware, Zappos, and Staples.
Ever-focused on the evolution of the flooring consumer and new technologies, Frank leads a team dedicated to helping members reach customers, cultivate relationships and drive sales. And, yes, he's got an app for that.
As Vice President of digital marketing, Andy is a results-driven, innovative leader with demonstrated world class interactive retail marketing and social media skills. He possesses extensive hands-on expertise in search engine marketing, customer acquisition, conversion optimization and social media marketing and offers the unique ability to develop visionary interactive solutions that yield a high rate of return and success.
Andy’s marketing and advertising experience spans over 17 years, he has been with CCA Global Partners since 2005.
Cathey Gundlach starting working with ProSource, as Director of Hard Surface in May 2006. Over the course of four years, she developed a number of innovative programs. In March 2010, she was promoted to the Senior Buyer for Hard Surfaces. Her responsibility grew to sourcing hard surface products to be utilized throughout all of the CCA divisions.
Most recently, Cathey was promoted as VP of Merchandising for Flooring America/Canada, The Floor Trader and International Design Guild. Her passion and drive is both infectious and inspiring. Her accomplishments and contributions are only eclipsed by the respect she gives, and receives, in the relationships she's built with the members, suppliers, and her co-workers.
Bill Hosner is a veteran of the floor covering industry. As a former CCA Global Partner’s member with four locations, he understands what it takes to run independent family-owned flooring stores.
After working the family business and before his employment with CCA Global, Bill served as Regional Manager for Mohawk Industries. Bill primarily helps grow your coop by finding new members.
